Commissioning Artwork

Communications and updates on the commissioned artwork will be sent by email as well as all feedback from the client. The finished piece will be sent as a Google Drive link to download the Hi-Res final approved image.
A brief of your character design and a detailed description of the artwork will be required. You can add all the reference images, sketches, character sheets and any other information you may consider important for your illustration project.
Image Technical details
- Digital Painting is delivered in formats PSD (Photoshop) and JPEG
- 300 dpi image quality and sRGB color profile (images won’t be converted on CMYK)
- Sizes 4:3 ratio (3840 x 2880 px) or 16:9 ratio (5120 x 2880 px)
- For any specific size and format, please feel free to mention it on your commission request email
Payment
Payment must be done with PayPal, with a 50% in advance to reserve your slot and start with the sketching process. Full payment must be completed at the end of the project.
A low-resolution image with a watermark of the final piece will be sent for final approval. Once the artwork is approved and the final payment is confirmed, the full resolution high-quality image is sent in JPEG and Photoshop PSD formats.
The process
Commissioned artwork starts after the advance payment is confirmed. First, a sketch is sent for approval for the character design, details, and composition of the illustration.
After the sketching process is done, the digital painting process begins. Progress updates will be sent to the commissioner. Depending on the complexity of the artwork, it can take from 15 to 30 days to complete the commission.
Canceling a project
You can cancel your commission and get a refund in the following 3 days after the 50% advance payment.
The sketching process takes about 3 to 5 days to be completed. If you want to cancel your commission after the sketching process is done but not approved, a partial refund can be made with a charged fee to cover the sketch and any PayPal fees that may apply for the transaction. If the illustration project is canceled after the sketch has been approved, a refund will not apply.
The commissioned artwork should not be sold as an NFT or be used in any kind of auction. If the artwork is shared on social media, my credit as the artist must be included and respected. I reserve the right to post the finished artwork on my social media accounts or portfolio website with my credits on it. I will let you know when I share your commission and will ask if you, as the commissioner, want to be mentioned or tagged in the post.
I will not resell the commissioned artwork to any company or individual. I do not consent to my commissioned artwork being used to train any Artificial Intelligence Image generator as these technologies have been trained under unethical practices, copyright infringement, and the potential to create false impersonations of me and my art.
